Nearing completion of the New Constitution
I have completed my first polished draft of the New Constitution. I am asking several people to read it and critique it before publication. I intend publishing the New Constitution for public critique on this web blog on November 1, 2011. I hope you will come back then to read it and give everyone your comments.
