First of all, this is my first blog so I am sure I will cause some problems.
The process of implementing a new Constitution is pretty straight forward. A Constitutional Amendment and the New Constitution will be offered for ratification declaring the original Constitution will terminate on a specific date with the New Constitution taking its place. Enough time (10 years) will be given from date of ratification to implementation in order to get all processes in place for the change.
Ratification of the New Constitution will follow the precedent established in ratifying the original Constitution: It will be submitted for ratification as is without amendments - it will be an up or down vote.
Why an evolutionary New Constitution to replace our amazing original U.S. Constitution with its numerous Amendments? The New Constitution will fix many of our current national problems with term limits, balanced budget, etc. It is being offered for your review, positive thoughts and constructive criticism. The final version was published on January 1, 2012.
