Actually do something instead of complaining

If this New Constitution were ratified, it would have positive impact on you and your children and grandchildren - all generations to come. It is time to stop complaining and to do something that will actually change things for the better. Your input and support is needed!!

2.11 State Of The Nation

This section is an updated version of the original Constitution's Article 2 Section 3.  What changes is that the President must give the report the first Monday of each year rather than being allowed to give from “time to time”.  It also requires the report be given by the President both in writing and verbally.
