Actually do something instead of complaining

If this New Constitution were ratified, it would have positive impact on you and your children and grandchildren - all generations to come. It is time to stop complaining and to do something that will actually change things for the better. Your input and support is needed!!

1.4 Elections And Meetings

The “times, places and manner of holding elections for Senators and Representatives” remains the same as in the original Constitution.

The original Constitution says, “The Congress shall assemble at least once in every Year, and such Meeting shall be on the first Monday in December, unless they shall by Law appoint a different Day.  Instead of “once a year” for whatever length of time Congress decides for itself, the New Constitution specifies that Congress will be in continuous session beginning on January 1 of each year with time off for weekends and holidays.  This might be called a “normal workweek.”

Minor point?  Maybe, but a psychological point is being made.
