It is difficult to find things in the original Constitution even though it is only about 20 pages long. The number of topics and points covered in a very complex document made it hard to follow at times.
To resolve part of this problem in the New Constitution, a Table of Contents and an Index have been added.
The items in the Table Of Contents are pretty straight forward because they are based on the organizational headings.
The Index is pretty arbitrary and could probably use some work. Suggestions welcome!
Next we get into the meat of the New Constitution and hopefully, into some discussion.
